Alberta Pond Hockey
I was commissioned earlier this year to edit a video for the Alberta Pond Hockey Tournament that is held in Peace River. CFRN provided us with footage and Warner Brothers gave us permission to use the Song "Better Days" by the Goo Goo Dolls. Here is the final version of the video.

The Edmonton Photography SEO Project
A couple of days ago I wrote about three key words. Edmonton Wedding Photographers and how I need to improve my Google search rank for those three words. I am happy to say that within 48 hours, I have climbed from 131 to 73 of about 75,700 results, on Google.com.
This is a huge accomplishment and happened faster then I anticipated. I optimised the site some more and I expect to climb more before the weekend is over. At this stage, I need to be careful because SEO work is a lot like cooking. You need to add the right ingredients in order to get the results your looking for.
I also need to be careful not to damage my current position on MSN.com, which for the same three keywords, has the site http://www.edmontonphotography.com/ in the top 10. You see, Google, MSN, and Yahoo are like food critics and they all have their own preferred tastes. MSN, is the easiest of the three to please, Yahoo I don't even care about but Google, Google is the one I want to please the most without upsetting MSN. If I find the right blend of SEO, I will move up on both MSN and Google but realistically, I may end up having to drop down on MSN to do better on Google. I would rather be in the top 20 or 30 of Google then the top 10 of MSN anyways because I would get more traffic.
At this stage, using the knowledge and understanding I have today, I am confident I can help most companies achieve top 20 ranking with selected keywords. If you are interest in how I can help your website, contact me at david@dmbvp.com or call 780-233-1362.

Popular Edmonton Wedding Photographer Locations
I just wrote a new article for The Edmonton Wedding Photographers and Photography Network.
Popular Edmonton Wedding Photographer Locations

Over the years, I have shot weddings at almost every spot imaginable in Edmonton. To be honest, most wedding parties are limited in areas to shoot. When dealing with large groups and a lot of family, you want to have a place that is easily accessible. . .read full article

I Am Not A Baby Photographer, I Just Play One On Tv.

My brother and his girlfriend had a baby a couple of weeks ago and tonight was my first free night since he was born. I was able to drop in tonight for a quick visit and did some photography for them as well. I have never done new born images before, other then ones of my own kids but that isn't the same. Anyways, here is the newest Bonner, His name is Evan.
